Game Day White Bean Chicken Chili

I am definitely an Autumn person. I love the cooler weather and crisp air. I love all the warm comfort food, especially soups. And I love football season!

Today I am sharing our favorite White Bean Chicken Chili that has become a game day staple. It is so flavorful and hearty, it's sure to be a crowd pleaser.

You'll Need:

3 cans Navy beans
2 cans Great Northern beans
1 can black beans (rinsed)
1 can corn
1 packet McCormick White Chicken Chili seasoning
1 lb chicken breasts

Throw all the ingredients in your Crock Pot, stir. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Before serving, remove chicken, shred and replace it in the soup. Top with  Cheese and sour cream, serve with tortilla chips.

Sometimes I like to make this in my pressure cooker. It is just as good in a fraction of the time. I toss the ingredients in the pot and set it for about 30 minutes.
