Your new favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe

Science has recently proven that chocolate chip cookies are as addictive as crack. I guess that would explain why I can never get enough of this American favorite, go-to dessert. I will almost always choose a good chocolate chip cookie over just about any other treat. Oh, how I love a good chocolate chip cookie! And this recipe is so good, it will knock you naked.

This is my TOP SECRET (until now) and most favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe that has been years in the making. After a whole lot of trial and error, I think I might just be perfect. It's crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. It has just the right amount of chewiness to it, and the chocolate to cookie ratio is spot on. I am confident that once you try this recipe, it will be your favorite too!

You will need:

1 cup butter (two sticks)
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 teaspoons REAL vanilla
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup bread flour
1 x-large Hershey milk chocolate bar
1 x-large Hershey Special Dark chocolate bar
1/2 bag chocolate chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs. Beat until light and fluffy. Mix in baking soda, vanilla, and flours until well incorporated. Chop chocolate bars into small pieces, stir into cookie dough along with chocolate chips. Drop tablespoon size balls on parchment lined cookie sheet. Gently press with palm. Bake for 8-12 minutes until golden, but still soft in the center. Allow to cool slightly before transferring to cooling racks.

just look at the ooey gooey goodness! Careful, you're drooling!
