Thanksgiving Turkey Treats to Make With Your Kids

A couple years ago I was the room mom for one of my kids. At Thanksgiving we made these cookies for their party. Turkey Oreos were a huge success! Cheap and easy, these Double Stuff Oreo Cookie dressed as cute turkeys are perfect for a classroom or for keeping kids ocupied while you're trying to get Thanksgiving dinner on the table.

Taking those cute little Turkey Oreos a step further, Chocolate Covered Oreo Turkey Pops are super easy to make and even yummier to eat! We used paper straws for the stick, dipped them in some Wilton Cocoa Candy Melts, and then decorated with candy corns, eyeball sprinkles, frosting, and butterscotch chips.

These Rice Krispie Treats dipped in Wilton's Cocoa Candy Melts are super fun to make with kids, too. Those are candy corn shaped marshmallows we found at Walmart! Aren't they the cutest!

Have you ever wondered if there was a way to serve pumpkin pie and make it cute? Well, look no further! We used a circle cookie cutter to cut out pieces of pie, decorated them with peanut butter cups, candy corns, frosting, eye sprinkles, and butterscotch beaks. Cute and Tasty. I'd say this one is a winner.

If you like the idea of bitesize pies, but not disguised as a turkey, they are just beautiful with a bit of whipped topping.
